Web addresses and your main event
How links are built
| Your organization | funrunfundraiser.com/lincoln-elementary |
| An event | funrunfundraiser.com/lincoln-elementary/spring-fun-run-2027 |
| A student | funrunfundraiser.com/lincoln-elementary/spring-fun-run-2027/emma-r |
A student's link uses only their first name and last initial, so no link carries a child's full name. If two students share them, the second becomes emma-r-2. A student's link never changes, even if you correct the spelling of their name.
Changing a web address
You can change your organization's web address in Settings, and an event's in the event's Settings.
Be careful: changing a web address breaks every link that has already been shared, including links in emails, flyers and social media posts. Change it before you share, not after.
Your main event
Your organization's own link (funrunfundraiser.com/your-school) opens your main event. That makes it a link you can put on your school website once and leave there year after year.
- To choose the main event, open that event's Settings and tick Make this the organization's main event.
- Only one event can be the main event. Ticking it on one event unticks it on the others.
- If no event is ticked, your organization's link opens your most recent event.
Your first event is made the main event automatically. When you start next year's event, remember to make it the main one.
