Adding your logo and colors
Your public pages have two areas you can brand:
- The header across the top of every page, which belongs to your organization.
- The hero, the banner behind the event's title, which belongs to each event.
Your organization's logo and header
- In the menu, choose Settings (Admins only).
- Under Branding, upload a Logo. It's shown in the header of every event and participant page.
- If your logo already includes your school's name, untick Show the organization name next to the logo so it isn't shown twice.
- Pick a Header background color, or choose Use white.
- Leave Header text on Automatic to get dark or white text, whichever reads better on your background, or pick a color.
- Choose Save.
Your event's logo and banner
- Open the event's Overview and choose Settings.
- Under Branding, upload a Logo for the event, such as your fun run's own artwork. It's shown at the top of the event page and every participant page.
- Pick a Hero background color for the banner, or choose Use navy.
- Leave Hero text on Automatic, or pick a color.
- Choose Save.
Logo tips
- A PNG with a transparent background looks best on any color.
- PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP and HEIC (iPhone photos) all work, up to 10 MB. Large images are resized for you.
- To take a logo down, tick Remove current logo and save. To replace it, just upload a new one.
Tip: Colors can be typed as a code like #e8590c. If your school has official colors, ask for their hex codes.
The logo you upload is also used for the preview picture when someone shares your page in a text message or on social media.
