Printing class lists

Handing out rewards is easiest class by class. From the Hand-out report:

Print by class

1. Set the filters for what you want to print. Leave Show on Still to hand out for a list of just what's needed.
2. Choose Print by Class. A new tab opens with one printed page per class.
3. Choose Print.

Each page has the class name, each student's grade and total, and the rewards to hand out, with a box to tick as you go. Give each teacher their page, and the rewards that go with it.

When the pages come back, mark the rewards as given in the report.

Choose Download CSV for a spreadsheet with a row per student and a column per reward, saying whether it's to hand out or when it was given. It's handy for ordering the right number of prizes and T-shirt sizes.
