Signing in and resetting your password

Only organizers and staff sign in. Donors never need an account.

Signing in

Choose Sign In at the top of any page, and enter your email address and password. Keep me signed in keeps you signed in on that device for a week.

If you see Sign in with Google, you can use your Google account instead, as long as it uses the same email address. The first time, your Google account is linked to your account here, and you can use either way from then on.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password?
2. Enter your email address and choose Send reset link.
3. Open the email and choose Reset password. The link works once, and for a day.
4. Choose a new password of at least 8 characters.

No email? Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you used the address you were invited with.

Locked out

After 10 wrong passwords in a row, your account is locked for 30 minutes to keep it safe. Wait, or reset your password.
