Parent and guardian emails

Each participant can have one Email: a parent's or guardian's address, so your team has a way to reach the family.

Adding emails

• One at a time: fill in the Email field when you add or edit a participant.
• In bulk: put the email at the end of each line. See Bulk adding participants.

The email is optional. You can also search for a participant by email on the Participants page.

Who can see it

Only your organization's Admins and Editors can see the email, in the portal. It's never shown on a public page, and copying a student to another event brings their email along.
